Sponsorship and exhibition condition

It is a pleasure to inform you that very good progress is being made in the organisation of the European conference “Social Work Education in Europe: towards 2025” promoted by the European Association EASSW (European Association of School of Social Work), the Italian Association AIDOSS (Associazione Italiana Docenti di Servizio Sociale) and the Bicocca University in Milan.


The event will be held in Milan, Italy, from 29th of June to 2nd of July, 2015.



The 2015 Social Work Conference presents an opportunity for practitioners, teachers, professors and students to share and exchange valuable knowledge, to debate upon current challenges and to discuss ways forward.
The conference promises to be a productive and challenging occasion, and participants coming from all over the Europe to join this event are expected.



We are glad to offer to interested organizations some sponsorship opportunities to attend the Conference EASSW 2015, please contact the Organizing Secretariat at eassw2015@mvcongressi.it to discuss your preferred involvement in the event:


• Exhibiting area (3x2 m.; a table and two chairs, electrical supply)
• Networking activities – sponsorship of a coffee-break pause, or a lunch service, or welcome cocktail for all participants in the conference (chance to exhibit customized communication on occasion of one of the network moments of the conference)
• Colour logo in the abstract book (electronic format only) in the final programme of the Conference and on the dedicated web site
• Advertising leaflet / company brochure in the participants’ kit
• Supply of participants’ kit (bag, note-pad and pen) – (to be agreed with the Secretariat), 400 pieces required
• Services for the conference: opportunity to provide / support a specific service (to be agreed with the Secretariat) in order to be mentioned in the sponsor list
• Registrations package: opportunity to register a group of participants with a special discounted fee (at least 5 prs)
• Awards: sponsorship amount (to be agreed with the Secretariat) to cover some registrations (at full rate) of participants from disadvantaged countries in order to be mentioned in the sponsor list
