* Members must provide a document stating their membership fee updated for 2015, in absence of it, it will be asked the integration fee.

** Students must be not older than 30 years and must provide a certificate attesting their status for 2015. Pensioners must be not younger than 60 years and must provide a certificate attesting their status for 2015.

The Registration fee includes:
Participation in all the scientific sessions, congress kit, Proceedings, Welcome Cocktail on Monday, June 29th, lunches and coffee breaks as per conference program, certificate of attendance via email.

VAT EXEMPTION:

- EU Companies who registered their VAT NUMBER on the internationally recognized Electronic System of VAT data exchange (VIES) are vat exempted in case of EARLY and LATE Registration.
- Extra EU Companies can be vat exempted just in case they’re able to provide proper fiscal details (Vat Number shown on company letterhead) at the moment of registration.
VAT numbers from Italy begin with IT and are followed by 11 digits (example IT12345678901)
Extra EU companies must register with the VAT Included fee and provide a document stating the validity of  their VAT number by sending it by e-mail to eassw2015@mvcongressi.it. After checking the validity of the documentation provided, all registrants with evidence of a proper VAT number,  will be refunded of the VAT amount in a second time.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

Registration is only valid upon receipt of the payment.
The payment will be in Euro currency: it can be made by credit card online or by bank transfer (see below).

Object: participant’s name, surname and code 1607 clearly indicated on the bank payment. Please send a photocopy of the processed bank transfer by e-mail eassw2015@mvcongressi.it or by fax 0039 0521 291314. Please note that MV Congressi Spa will not accept bank charges; bank charges are at the sender’s expense. All unpaid bank charges will be charged upon arrival.
 
No invoice will be issued in case of missing or unreadable data. No invoice will be re-issued or modified in the heading details in case of mistake or incomplete data by the participant.

 

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellation can only be made in writing to the Organising Secretariat (MV Congressi Spa).
- Cancellation received before May, 15 2015: 70% refund.
- Cancellation received after May, 15 2015 or no notice: no refund.
If for reasons beyond the control of the Organisers the Colloquium is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded following deduction of unavoidable expenses.
 
No refund will be given in case of no-show, late arrival, unused services, unattended events or early termination of attendance; in case of regular registration and missed participation, the Organising Secretariat will send the conference abstract book upon request of the registered participant. The forwarding of the abstract book will invalidate each claim for reimbursement.
All refunds will be processed after the event.

Please note: during the congress a list with name, surname and country of origin, e-mail, affiliation of each delegate will be displayed. If you do not wish to have your data, please inform the Organizing Secretariat by sending an email to eassw2015@mvcongressi.it not later than May 15th 2015.

- By CASH only bancnote pieces not over € 100 accepted
- Credit card (not AMEX)

VAT exemption is possible only for people paid by public organizatons. A copy of the mandate and authorization of their administration have to be brought on site.

CULTURAL EVENING

The Cultural Evening is planned to take place on Wednesday 1st. of July starting from 20.00 at Dopo Lavoro Bicocca (Address: Via Chiese 2 Milano - gate HANGAR BICOCCA). It will consist of a buffet dinner of local produce and a program of Entertainment.
